What if you could help someone less fortunate and eat a super dinner at the same time? Many pay-what-you-can restaurants are opening up across the U.S. These fun restaurants offer customers the chance to set the price for their meal based on what they can afford. The thought is that someone more well off can offset a meal for someone in need. One World Cafe in Salt Lake City serves their yummy organic cuisine cafeteria style to cut down on wasted food by letting diners chose their own portions sizes oneworldeverybodyeats It’s owner is forming a nonprofit to help others set up similar restaurants.
